    Please join us for the first in a four-part series of dinners and conversations, Speaking of Faith: Four Distinctive Voices. Come share a meal and conversation as we explore different perspectives on faith. This week we will discuss “The Seeing Eye, Can Prayer Be Proven to Work?” by lay theologian and classical scholar C. S. Lewis.

    Copies of the addresses and sermons will be distributed in advance. We will begin at 6:30pm and end by 8:00pm.

This week we will discuss writer and parish priest Barbara Brown Taylor’s “Bothering God, God of the Living, Gospel Medicine, Arthritis of the Spirit.”

  • The Yale Whiffenpoofs in Concert

    The Whiffenpoofs are the world’s oldest and best-known collegiate a cappella group. Founded in 1909, the “Whiffs” have become one of Yale’s most celebrated traditions. Singing a mixture of old Yale tunes, jazz standards, and other hits from across the decades, the Whiffenpoofs command a global following, performing concerts across six continents each year.

  • A Charlie Brown Christmas, featuring a performance by the Eric Byrd Trio

    A beloved tradition at Redeemer, we’ll watch the original classic Charlie Brown movie, projected on our huge screen, and following the movie, the Eric Byrd Trio will riff on the movie's themes and add a few of its own jazz numbers.
